The accommodations are spacious and beautifully decorated, but during my stay in August, my room was quite cold, which was a bit of a downside. The food was outstanding, and the staff treated us like family, enhancing the overall experience. However, the cold rooms and lack of heated towel rails were minor inconveniences that could be improved.
